Corsica, the Trench island-region located in the heart of the Mediteranean Sea, is known as the “island of Beauty” (Ile de Beauté). It is within this natural environment, preserved and unique, that Brasserie Pietra opened its doors in 1996. Pietra, an amber ale brewed with Corsican sweet chestnut flour and Colomba, a white ale brewed from barley and wheat and flavoured with herbs.
